Leasing Only and A la Carte Services
We understand that many property owners are local and/or do not need full-service management.
Our leasing fee is equal to 75% of one month’s rent.
DIY Showings: The owner will show the property to prospective tenants based on an agreed-upon schedule with our office. Interested tenants are just referred back to our website to complete an application, and we handle it from there.
We deliver to you a fully vetted tenant and fully compliant lease. No fee is charged until the lease is signed and rent and security deposit are collected in full.
Maintenance Only: Our maintenance services start at $95/month for 1-3 unit buildings and $125/month for any buildings over 3 units. The cost of actual maintenance and repairs is additional, based on our discounted pricing.
