For the local property owner who wants manage and to show their own property but does not want to deal with the advertising, leasing and application/legal process, we offer a $300 flat-fee leasing service. This includes:

Maintenance-Only Service

Starts at $35per month
For the landlord who just does not have time to deal with repairs and tenant calls, we offer a maintenance contract that starts at just $35 per month* and includes the following:

 

  • On call 24/7 maintenance from our network of licensed and insured contractors – Never take another after-hours emergency maintenance call from your tenant!!
  • Complete coordination with tenants to get repairs done in timely manner
  • Discounted pricing on all work
  • Full reporting and invoicing
  • Multiple bids, when required for larger jobs

*maintenance service starts at $35 per month for single family homes, $50 per month for 2-3 unit buildings and $75 for buildings greater than three units
